Dear Dr El-ansary,
I got your name from Dr.Maher Fouad,My name is Ashraf Awadalla,I live in
Canada.In 2007 I had a kidney transplant by Dr.Maher Assad,which
unfortunately failed.I am now on dialysis 4 times a week.I would like to
have another transplant done.My problem is finding a Donner or an agent who
would be able to assist.I am anxious to know if we can find such person or
if that that can be done ?I am also wondering if I have to be in Cairo
before they start looking?
