Review Unprofessional and disappointed

I booked Cairo and Luxor tours from Nefer and specifically asked for English/ Arabic guide . Both times the tour was in Russian!as I was upset the first time , I wrote to them to make sure that I get an English guide or cancel. They confirmed ,by writing , that for sure the tour will be in English ! This is plain lying and robbing people ! Both guides tried to make the best they can to help me understand a bit of what was going on , but obviously they can’t do the job twice and I don’t blame them . This company doesn’t care about client satisfaction at all,just stay away from them.
