Reviews of Royal Hospital - Alexandria

My friend's elderly mother was admitted after a stroke and assigned to the ICU which was obviously necessary for initial assessment but was kept in ICU for several days at premium prices which was deemed unnecessary according to subsequent doctors.
The unit didn't have the 24hr one-to-one care which one would expect and no facilities for family in attendance.
When we went to speak to the duty doctor he had not yet arrived.
The cleanliness of the hospital however seemed very good and it was tidy and well organised.
