SHAMS AIR CONDITIONING CO. - Cairo, Egypt

i have been a shams customer for decades, but unfortunately when i went to purchase a new A/C from their new branch in mohandseen, i was met by a totally unproffessional sales man, ( mohamed abd el rahman) whom sold me a wrong AC other than the one i ordered and when i discoverd this upon the AC deliver 3 days later, i went to the store to complaint, and they reissued the process so it took more than 10 days as if it was my fault, nevertheless the sales rep (mohamed Abd Rahman) yeald at me at the phone and said that im not allowed to complaint and that he is free to do whatever he likes and wants!!!

it was really a horrible experience and a totally unprofessional behavior, even when talking to his supervisor whom promised to call me back..guess what..he never did!!

i dont advise anybody to go to that store at all, i know shams company is a big company but it seems that they are getting too big to handle!!
