UstaPrimo is an innovative online advertising portal and search engine designed to connect both end-users and service providers of workers, workshops, and more. Our users are classified into two categories: end-users, who are searching for available, nearby, and trusted service providers, and subscribers/advertisers, such as individual workers, workshops, and corporates. After conducting market research, live testimonials, and examining negative reviews of existing home service portals in the Egyptian market, we identified several signals that indicated that current approaches and techniques weren't effectively matching and satisfying end-users' and subscribers' needs.
